Hello,  my name is Sharon Saunders and my role within the company is operations Director and Nominated individual.

I have over 30 years experience working within the health and social care sector specialising in Elderly and Dementia  care.

Throughout my career I have achieved numerous qualifications within health and social care and management in addition to most recently achieving  expert in my field status through achieving PGCE level 7 MSc with specialisms  in health and social care and management.

Hello , My name is Jacqueline Wood , I prefer to be called Jackie.

My role within the company is Dual registered manager to Wellfield and Henley House care home. I joined the company in April 2023 as Registered Manager at Henley House, in September 2023 then gained promotion to manger at Wellfield

Care Home, I now manage both Wellfeld and Henley house care home.

I previuosly worked for the NHS for 40 years in Mental Health care were I gained my Knowledge and qualifications to enhance my role within the nhs. I retired in 2021 and became a registered Manager in Health and Social care. I specialised in Older Adults and Dementia care. I have enhanced my career by completing Qualifications which enhancing my knowledge to deliver a high standard of care.

My Role is rewarding and looking forward to the challenges ahead.
